  CONSULTATION: HandsOn is a Mac-only service and support com-pany specializing in both Apple hardware and software support.
We have designed and installed hundreds of workstations in all types of work environments. We'll be happy to sit down with you to discuss your computer hardware, software or maintenance needs.

  ONSITE: Many of our service
calls require us to come to your office or home. Upon reviewing your symptoms we will be able to make recommendations for either onsite, depot or remote support. We are available 24/7.

  REMOTE: Most customers allow us to access their systems remotely via the internet. Often adjustments, preventive maintenance or software

 updates can be handled without an onsite visit.

  TELEPHONE:  Phone support
is the quickest way to solve minor issues. Many times we have seen the problem and can walk you through a simple solution or adjustment. 

  DEPOT SERVICE: Some repairs require us to bring your Mac into our office for service or repair. Our goal is to get you up and running in the shortest amount of time possible at the least expense.

   MAINTENANCE: The easiest way to prevent data loss and increase your systems performance is to
have a preventive maintenance program in place. Depending on your volume of work, you may only need

maintenace every six months to a year. Prevention does make a difference.

  DATA BACKUP: If you haven't had a data loss, you will. We can recom-mend and install a data backup plan to help get your business back up and running in the shortest amount of time possible.  

  DATA RECOVERY: A majority of drive issues do not require true data recovery but data discovery. If we are not able to discover your data we can recommend clean room level data recovery vendors who recover data at a reasonable price.
