I have an extensive background in graphic design, printing and prepress. My experiences and first-hand knowledge of both hardware and software allows me to fully understand how the Mac is applied to the design and production process. I started this company in August of 1998 to provide a higher-level of technical support to my Macintosh customer base. Focusing on service, technical support and consulting I am able to offer my customers an unbiased source for hardware and software configuration.

   MACTIVITY, INC. - Co-Founder - 1995 - 1998
Mactivity was a startup company providing Macintosh technical support to the graphics community. Realizing my expectations for customer service and support were greater than Mactivity could meet, I left the company to form an independent service and support firm.

   CHARACTER'S INC. - Group Leader/Consultant - 1993 - 1995
Character's was one of the largest prepress facilities in the southwest employing well over 100 professionals and $6.5 million in annual sales. As one of four Group Leaders, I was responsible for the Customer Service, Prepress and Production areas of the company.
  I also supervised the Computer Services Group where we provided customer training, computer sales and service in addition to establishing Character's as an Apple Authorized Value-Added Reseller & Service Provider.
