MACINTOSH TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE GRAPHICS PROFESSIONAL

  Hands On Technical Support was founded in 1998 out of the desire to provide better hardware, software and technical support for Mac users.
  We are a small computer consult-ing and support company that strives to provide big support service. We are not looking to work for everyone, just work very well for those we do work for. The following are some of our guiding principles:

  DO THE RIGHT THING:  Every-thing we do should revolve around this statement. If we do the right thing we will be successful in our business and personal lifes.

  BE AVAILABLE: We will make every effort to be available to our customers when there is a need.
We want you to feel as if you are
our only customer.

  BE PROACTIVE: We will continu-ally look for ways to improve the quality of our service to you and increase the value of the support
we provide our customers.

  PRIORITIZE: In order to better serve our clients we must use technology as a tool to get the most out of every day. we will strive to be prompt and stay in communication with our clients when we are delayed. Your time is valuable and we should respect how we use it.

  MINIMIZE DOWNTIME: We will do everything we can to minimize your downtime. We realize that downtime is bad for your business so it's bad for ours too.

  BE PATIENT: Sometimes it is difficult to work with technology and expect it to work with your schedule too. We will be patient in our approach to working with you and help you to understand what and how we plan on resolving your computing needs.

   DOCUMENT OUR WORK: We will document our work so you know what has been done and what value it has for your business.

  LISTEN: The best tool we have is the ability to listen to our customers. If you have a question or concern, please let us know how we can help.
